All media, ink, display and any other consumable supplies are returnable within 1 week of accepting the order. However they will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee of the consumable order less your delivery charge. This is on the basis that they have not been used and arrive at the warehouse in the same condition as they left.
Any mistakes Wide Format Warehouse make in the ordering process (we are human after all!) will of course not incur any charge at all.
Printers, Laminators and software are NOT REFUNDABLE (unless majorly faulty and not fixable by an engineer). We are unable to return them to the suppliers so please be careful when deciding on a machine. As said in the Printers and machinery section, demo's are always available before you buy.
